The experience

From your idea.
To your forever piece.

A personal, collaborative journey from the first conversation to the final polish. Every commission is made to order, with time to consider the details that make it yours.

Five considered steps

The making of something personal.

  1. A private consultation

Start with the person, the occasion and what matters to you. We explore stone shapes, metal colours, proportions and the way the piece will be worn. A few reference images are helpful, but a fully formed design is never required.

We establish your direction, budget and preferred date.

  2. Diamond specifications & sourcing

We specialise in lab-grown diamonds and can source a natural diamond if you prefer. Share the shape, approximate carat size, colour and clarity you have in mind, or let us recommend a specification range around your desired look and budget. Once we agree on those priorities, we source a diamond to match and outline the stone, metal and making in your tailored quote.

We agree on your approximate specifications and budget, then handle the sourcing for you.

  3. See it in CAD

Your design takes shape in a 3D CAD study. Front, side and angled views help you understand the setting height, band width, stone placement and smaller details. This is the time to discuss refinements before you approve the design for making.

Your approval is the step between design and the bench.

  4. Crafted with care

Once the design is approved and the deposit is in place, your piece moves into production. The setting is cast, the stones are set and the surfaces are carefully finished. Progress images keep you close to the work as the CAD becomes a piece you can hold.

Allow approximately 3–5 weeks for making; your timeline is confirmed for your commission.

  5. The final reveal

Your finished piece is checked for its setting, finish and agreed details, then beautifully presented for collection or delivery. We also talk through everyday care so you can enjoy wearing it with confidence.

A piece made around your story, ready for its next chapter.

Before we begin

A little clarity.

You do not need to have every answer. We will work through the choices together.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

Bring any reference images, the metal or stone shapes you like, a comfortable budget and your ideal date. If you know the ring size, share it; if you do not, mention that when we talk. It is also fine to begin with just an idea.

Do I need to know which diamond I want?

You can give us your preferred specifications, or simply describe the look and budget you are aiming for. We will recommend an approximate shape, carat size, colour and clarity range, then source a suitable match. Lab-grown diamonds are our speciality; natural diamonds can also be sourced on request.

Can we refine the CAD design?

Yes. Review the views and tell us what you would like to adjust before approving the design. Changes to the stone, metal or design can affect the quote and timing, which we will discuss before proceeding.

How long does a custom piece take?

Making typically takes around 3–5 weeks after design approval and deposit. Consultation, stone sourcing and CAD refinements happen beforehand. Tell us about a proposal, wedding or other important date at the start so we can confirm what is possible.
