This website introduces custom jewellery services and provides design examples and price guidance. It does not operate an online checkout. Browsing, making an enquiry or opening an email draft does not place an order or approve production.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are starting guidelines for the specifications stated. Setting-only prices exclude the centre stone and any separately quoted accent stones. Applicable taxes and any delivery or additional agreed charges must be itemised in the written quote before you commit.
Availability, metal weight, size and specifications affect the final quote. Quotes are currently valid for seven days unless the written quote states otherwise. An error on the website should be corrected transparently; it does not authorise a unilateral price increase on an already accepted order.
The gallery contains CAD studies, jewellery photos, videos and illustrative visualisations. CAD and generated or edited images help explain a design; they are not independent evidence of a finished commission. Images may be enlarged, and screen settings and lighting affect colour and apparent scale.
Your written order should confirm the stone origin, approximate or agreed measurements and carat weight, metal purity, setting and any grading report being supplied. Any permitted manufacturing tolerances must be disclosed and agreed before production. A general image disclaimer does not excuse supplying a materially different piece.
Website material may be viewed and shared as a link for personal reference. Commercial reproduction of material owned by the business requires permission. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. Send only reference images or artwork you are permitted to share, and identify any restrictions; final design and reproduction rights should be addressed in the commission agreement.
External services have their own terms and privacy policies. Website access and email delivery can be interrupted. If an enquiry is time-sensitive, confirm that it has been received. Never send card details in a consultation email.
